Our Philosophy
Prevention First: Precision Care
Our mission is to treat injuries with the utmost professionalism and evidence-based practice. We believe that physiotherapy is a prevention-first type of care; while we excel at reactive rehabilitation, our primary goal is to improve athletic performance and prevent injury from occurring in the first place where possible. By integrating high-level movement diagnostics with clinical expertise, we ensure our clients can perform at their peak while staying resistant to injury.

Tiernan Reilly
Who We Are
Tiernan Reilly is a CORU chartered physiotherapist and ISCP member, dedicated to optimising movement through clinical excellence. He combines a Bsc in Physiotherapy with extensive diagnostic training including Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 2 accreditation and Selective Functional Movement Screening accreditation to provide recovery that is as professional as it is personal.
TPI & SFMA Accreditation
Rugby SAFE Level 2
Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) training to Medical Level 2 allows Tiernan to assess physical limitations that hinder golf performance. Combined with Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) accreditation, this systematic approach helps identify dysfunctional movement patterns—the underlying cause of pain—allowing for targeted, effective physiotherapy rehabilitation.
The Rugby SAFE Level 2 certification is the regarded standard for pitch-side injury management. In a high-impact sporting environment, this accreditation ensures that initial injury response and subsequent sports rehabilitation are handled with clinical precision, safeguarding long-term health and facilitating a safe, performance-driven return to play.
Our Ethos
Prevention is our intention
At Reilly PT, we believe successful rehabilitation should do more than get you back to where you were. It should help you move forward with greater confidence, a better understanding of your body, and the tools to manage your health independently.
